2017 | My story “Hey, you’re a dreamer” won the 1st place at „Your Path to the Prize” category during “Unleash Your Superhero” global competition for problem solvers and innovators on HeroX.
2017 | “Patterns for Success” (2016), Seeker: Berenyi Incorporated, USA. Challenge: To design leadership and training programs to boost the successes of small business owners, to develop an innovative set of tools that will help small business owners more readily achieve the success they so desperately seek by mastering three essential key areas: strategy, leadership, and culture. Awarded the 1st place in the Culture category.
2016 | N Square* and Stimson Center, U.S.A.: “Innovative Approaches to Proliferation Prevention: An Industry-Government Information Sharing Platform” (2016)
Solution: “Source-to-Share Platform” – A tech and strategy solution proposal for a challenge launched by a coalition between six of the largest peace and security funders in the United States: Stimson Center and N Square (which is a collaborative effort between five of the largest peace and security funders in the United States: The Carnegie Corporation of New York, the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, the Ploughshares Fund, and the Skoll Global Threats Fund). The challenge was launched on the knowledge transfer platform Innocentive.com.
2013 | U.S.A. Problem: Humanizing the Customer Digital Experience – challenge launched by an American banking group inside the open innovation platform – Innocentive. Solution awarded: „Your Private Banking Coach – a very personal experience”.
2011 | U.S.A. Problem „Models for sourcing food databases for patients suffering from diabetes” launched by a USA business healthcare organization inside open innovation platform Innocentive. Solution awarded: “Broadening opportunities about Global Health„ (online Platform, e-business model and set of strategies).
2010 | CSR, Social Business, Social Entrepreneurship. Central and Eastern Europe. Project awarded „A Good House for Bad Times” for economic and business vision and modeling, strategy, and operations plans. The project was a finalist in Social Business Tour 2010 Central and Eastern Europe competition.
Nominated in 2011 for the Young Leaders Program of Aspen Institute in Bucharest. Competed with over 600 candidates coming from the corporate world. I ended up in the first 40.
